The CEO of Nordic Trout Ab is changing

Nordic Trout Ab’s board and CEO Alf-Håkan Romar have mutually agreed that Romar will leave his duties as CEO. Romar has been the CEO of Nordic Trout since June 2019, and in addition to the managing directorship of Nordic Trout Ab, he will immediately leave his position also in charge of its subsidiaries.

“On behalf of the entire board and the company, I thank Alf-Håkan for his committed work and contribution to the development of Nordic Trout and I wish Alf-Håkan all the best in the future,” says Veijo Hukkanen, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Trout Ab.

Nordic Trout’s Board of Directors has appointed Hans-Mikael Helenius as temporary CEO, who have also served as CEO of Nordic Trout’s sister companies Kalaneuvos Oy and Heimon Kala Oy.

“Hans-Mikael, who has been appointed as interim CEO, will for the time being continue to implement the Nordic Fish Group’s new strategy in our fish farming companies as well,” says Nordic Trout Ab Board Member and Nordic Fish Oy CEO Toni Hukkanen.

The application process for the new CEO of Nordic Trout Ab will be started immediately.
